Una obra de m\u00e9s de 400 p\u00e0gines que cont\u00e9 an\u00e0lisis i informaci\u00f3, redactada per especialistes, sobre el panorama dels llibres per a infants i adolescents (LIJ) en tots aquells pa\u00efsos iberoamericans on SM est\u00e0 present: Argentina, Brasil, Col\u00f2mbia, Equador, Espanya, M\u00e8xic, Per\u00fa, Puerto Rico, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, Xile i, des del 2015, tamb\u00e9 inclou una mirada a la LIJ en castell\u00e0 editada als EUA. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:15px; margin-bottom:15px; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:150%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Liberation Serif&quot;,serif\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">Al llarg de les seves p\u00e0gines trobem dades estad\u00edstiques, la descripci\u00f3 d\u2019un panorama editorial molt divers i un bon grapat de reflexions interessants que ens ajuden a copsar on som i cap on es dirigeix el sector de la literatura infantil i juvenil, no nom\u00e9s des d\u2019una mirada editorial, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 tenint en compte les pol\u00edtiques culturals i educatives de cada pa\u00eds, el sector cultural associat i els diferents contextos socials, que si parem atenci\u00f3 als pa\u00efsos citats, resulten ben variats i, molts cops, amb situacions complexes a les quals fer front.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:15px; margin-bottom:15px; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:150%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Liberation Serif&quot;,serif\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">Per les seves p\u00e0gines es passegen centenars de t\u00edtols destacats durant el bienni (posant \u00e8mfasi sempre en la producci\u00f3 aut\u00f2ctona de cada lloc), premis nacionals i internacionals, homenatges a autors i autores importants de la LIJ, programes i plans de lectures, naixements i decessos d\u2019editorials, associacions o llibreries, informaci\u00f3 sobre beques, formacions o efem\u00e8rides importants, que ens ajuden a obtenir una perspectiva prou profunda del m\u00f3n de la LIJ iberoamericana. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:4px; margin-bottom:4px; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:150%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Liberation Serif&quot;,serif\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">La seva estructura sempre \u00e9s la mateixa: un primer article que tracta de dibuixar un panorama general, jugant amb la diversitat i les recurr\u00e8ncies, i un cap\u00edtol per pa\u00eds, on experts de cada lloc exposen les tend\u00e8ncies, problem\u00e0tiques, aven\u00e7os i resist\u00e8ncies que marquen els anys assenyalats, i ajuden a explicar la situaci\u00f3 de cada indret. Entre les p\u00e0gines de l\u2019<i>Anuario<\/i> trobem veus interessants com la de Constanza Mekis (Xile), Beatriz Helena Robledo (Col\u00f2mbia), Leonor Bravo (Equador), Juana In\u00e9s Dehesa (M\u00e8xic), Jos\u00e9 Lu\u00eds Polanco (Espanya), Joan Portell (llilbres en catal\u00e0) o Xabier Etxaniz i Karla Fern\u00e1ndez de Gamboa (llibres en euskera), entre d\u2019altres. La diversitat ling\u00fc\u00edstica d\u2019Espanya multiplica per quatre el seu cap\u00edtol i trobem, a banda del panorama m\u00e9s general, la descripci\u00f3 de la situaci\u00f3 dels llibres editats en catal\u00e0, en gallec i en basc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:15px; margin-bottom:15px; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:150%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Liberation Serif&quot;,serif\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">L\u2019<i>Anuari<\/i> 2019 s\u2019inicia amb un mapa de tend\u00e8ncies (com diu Ana Garral\u00f3n a la seva ressenya sobre l\u2019<i>Anuario,<\/i> a l\u2019actualitat \u00e9s impossible llegir tot el que es publica, i per tant nom\u00e9s podem elaborar aproximacions a all\u00f2 que est\u00e0 esdevenint, sense poder exhaurir-ho) elaborat per Mar\u00eda Beatriz Medina, actual directora del Banco del Libro de Vene\u00e7uela. I malgrat que la seva an\u00e0lisi comen\u00e7a subratllant la vulnerabilitat del sector, els contextos dif\u00edcils, la desigualtat i els problemes socials i econ\u00f2mics, ofereix una mirada fins a un punt optimista, assenyalant la diversitat de la producci\u00f3, fent especial \u00e8mfasi en el llibre informatiu, en la import\u00e0ncia de les obres il\u00b7lustrades i en l\u2019aposta per obres amb diversos nivells de lectura i un receptor ampli i variat. No ens podem detenir, per\u00f2 Mar\u00eda Beatriz descriu i posa en relaci\u00f3 un gran nombre d\u2019obres, presentades per nivells de lectura (que no per edats) i amb elles va teixint aquest mapa de tend\u00e8ncies que despr\u00e9s es desgranar\u00e0 pa\u00eds a pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:15px; margin-bottom:15px; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:150%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Liberation Serif&quot;,serif\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">Els panorames nacionals ens mostren forts contrastos entre sectors en resist\u00e8ncia, com en els casos d\u2019Argentina, M\u00e8xic o Brasil, d\u2019altres en creixement i estabilitzaci\u00f3, com l\u2019exemple esperan\u00e7ador de Xile, o alguns en petit creixement com els casos del Per\u00fa i la literatura en castell\u00e0 dels Estats Units. Tot i la diversitat de situacions, alguns aspectes apareixen de forma recurrent. Els problemes de traducci\u00f3 i de mobilitzaci\u00f3 dels autors i autores per pa\u00efsos que no s\u00f3n els propis, les crisis sobrevingudes que afecten molt la ind\u00fastria o el desmantellament o inexist\u00e8ncia de pol\u00edtiques culturals i plans de lectura estatals en s\u00f3n alguns. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:15px; margin-bottom:15px; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:150%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Liberation Serif&quot;,serif\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">Malgrat les dificultats i les an\u00e0lisis cr\u00edtiques sobre la sobreproducci\u00f3 (Espanya) o la publicaci\u00f3 de llibres que es disfressen d\u2019infantils aportant nom\u00e9s mirades adultes i pedagogitzants (Col\u00f2mbia), la majoria dels i les especialistes assenyalen l\u2019aparici\u00f3 de microeditorials, llibreries, associacions i esdeveniments diversos com a elements a destacar i que marquen el car\u00e0cter resistent de la LIJ. Tot i aix\u00ed, podr\u00edem demanar-nos, com fa en Joan Portell en refer\u00e8ncia al panorama catal\u00e0, si no estaria de m\u00e9s analitzar tot all\u00f2 que es fa posant com a refer\u00e8ncia els i les lectores (una baula del circuit del llibre massa vegades oblidat), veient en quin sentit i en quina mesura les activitats i el tipus de producci\u00f3 ajuden a diversificar el m\u00f3n cultural dels i les lectores.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:4px; margin-bottom:4px; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:150%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Liberation Serif&quot;,serif\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">Tot i que endinsar-se en les seves dades pot semblar feixuc, l\u2019<i>Anuario<\/i> \u00e9s una lectura interessant i quasi diria obligat\u00f2ria per als especialistes en literatura infantil. Un dels documents m\u00e9s complets i amb m\u00e9s dades que ens ajuda a comprendre part d\u2019un panorama divers i canviant des de l\u2019actualitat i la multiciplicitat de mirades.
