Last 22nd of January, in the framework of the CRICC’s Dimecres, the Faculty of Information and Audiovisual Media received the visit of two international researchers who shared their studies in the field of audiovisual communication.
Pierpaolo Negri, from the State University of Maringá, presented the paper “Autigender: intersections between autism and trans in audiovisual communication in social networks”, where he explored the connections between gender identity and neurodivergence in the digital environment.
Tyla Stevenson, from Massey University (New Zealand), presented “Temporal materialities of Virtual Fashion”, an analysis of virtual fashion and its relationship with time and materiality in digital spaces.
This session offered a unique opportunity to learn about innovative perspectives and foster international academic dialogue in the field of communication and digital media.
