Registration fees Conference desk
The registration fees for full-time participants covers: conference papers published as a book; admission to all sessions; refreshment; professional visits; reception; bag; etc. Payment details Registrations will be done in July 6th, 7th and 8th 2005 at the conference desk venue. Only cash will be accepted.
Cancellations / Refunds No refunds will be made unless a written request for cancellation is received prior to June 17th 2005. All refunds are subject to a 50% processing fee and will be returned at the end of 2005. Submitting registration form and documentation If you filled in the registration form electronically, before June 25th, registration will not be formalized until the admission fee is made effective in the account number. If you are an ISKO member or an student up to 25 years old, you will have to vouch for the condition by sending the documentation requested by fax to the number: +(34) 93 4035772. If the registration is made in situ, you will have to vouch for the condition by showing the documentation requested at the conference desk venue.
