Professora substituta a la Facultat d’Informació i Mitjans Audiovisuals de la Universitat de Barcelona (UB) des del 2025, al Màster internacional CHARM-EU des del 2023 i en diversos programes de formació en Ciència Ciutadana des del 2018. Des del 2014, investigadora en el grup OpenSystems de la Facultat de Física (UB). Doctora en Ciències de Materials per la Universitat Paris XI (2000) i màster en Comunicació Científica, Mèdica i Ambiental (UPF, 2005).
Soc una investigadora transdisciplinària amb més de 20 anys d’experiència, actualment especialitzada en Ciència Ciutadana Social. Estudio i dissenyo processos de recerca participativa amb biblioteques públiques, organitzacions de la societat civil i comunitats en una situació més vulnerable, centrant-me en com la recerca liderada per la ciutadania pot impulsar la transformació social. Temàticament, la meva recerca inclou les xarxes de suport en salut mental, la sostenibilitat urbana i les vulnerabilitats climàtiques.
He participat en 15 projectes de recerca competitius, dels quals 7 europeus com OPUSH (Urban Europe), SENSE. (Horizon Europe), CoAct (H2020, premi Europeu de Ciència Ciutadana) i STEMForYouth (FP7). També he participant en 10 convenis de transferència de coneixement i tecnologia, com el Conveni de col·laboració per a l'execució del projecte 'Ciència i acció ciutadana' a la xarxa de les biblioteques de la Diputació de Barcelona, en el marc del programa Bibliolab.
