The Centre of Research in Information, Communication and Culture (CRICC) of the University of Barcelona (hereafter, CRICC) is a research centre affiliated with the UB Faculty of Information and Audiovisual Media.
It was created in 2017 by transforming the UB Observatory on Libraries, Books and Reading (OBLL) and opening it up to all the faculty’s active areas of research: information and documentation, document heritage, management of libraries and cultural institutions and audiovisual communication.
