The new bookEl no de las mujeres coordinated by Júlia Benavent and Martí José Bertomeu is a collective work, with 31 chapters that take a look at different historical moments in which women have defended their ideas, planted a seed for the future and participated in business, defended their ideas or opposed interference and restrictions.
In one of the chapters, Professor Pedro Rueda of the CRICC deals with the women in charge of bookshops, some writers and books written by women who circulated in the Atlantic world, making their voices heard and their participation in the creation and dissemination of culture between two continents in the 16th and 17th centuries visible.
